While holding glass pen dipped in sumi ink, my hand moves in an unconscious, spontaneous and automatic manner across the blank surface to create lines of action.
These lines build a map-like infrastructure to which I add color, shapes, icons and symbols that point the way to infinite possibilities.

Our evolving ecological crisis informs the stories told in these maps. I am compelled to discover ways to move forward from the known to the unknown as we become more vulnerable day by day.
Maps show us how to move from one place to another.
