RAW is a juxtaposition of our impact on the environment and the environment´s impact on us.
RAW, like the "process art" of the mid 1960´s, engages organic systems with perishable, insubstantial and transitory materials.
I mine the aged, decaying and discarded to use as the RAW material for this work.
The elements, the environment, both natural and applied, leave their mark.
